AIST’s 2017 Member Experience Ideas Exchange focused on how you can improve relationships and communications with your fund members. This event sold out in 2017 offering a holistic look at the member experience journey and arming you with a practical toolkit to action at your fund. Attendance at this one day event is essential for marketing, member education, member administration, digital roles and all those with a hands-on role in member communications.

As member experience capabilities continue to evolve in 2018 you can expect the AIST Member Experience Ideas Exchange to again be popular. The 2018 event will be held on 24 July.
