Cancellation and Transfer Policy
 

Delegate Transfer Policy - You may transfer your registration prior to the event. The initial transfer is free however subsequent transfers will incur a $25 transfer administration fee.

Refunds of event registration fees will only be made when written notification is received no later than 7 working days prior to event. A cancellation fee of 30% of the total registration fee will apply.

No refund of registration fees will be made when cancellations are received after 7 working days prior to event; however a transfer of registration to another person is permitted.
All cancellations and request to transfer a registration to another person must be received in writing.

AIST Thought Leadership Luncheon Cancellation Policy

Upon registering for the Thought Leadership Luncheon events all delegates agree that if for any reason beyond AIST's reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, labour disputes, acts, regulations or orders of governmental authorities, civil disorder, disasters, acts of war, acts of nature (fires, floods, or emergency conditions), AIST is unable to perform its obligations under this agreement, such non-performance is excused and AIST may terminate any agreement without further liability of any nature.
