Enhancing the member experience
This tailored program will develop a robust member centric culture which encourages and empowers staff to:
- Respond positively to member queries/issues with reference to the member’s situation, without straying into personal advice
- Identify referral opportunities that can be passed on as a warm lead to the fund’s financial advice area. The skills taught are to complement processes already in use at the fund.
- Maintain the relevance of the staff’s industry knowledge to ensure the provision of up to date and accurate information about Superannuation during member interactions
