This workshop is suitable for anyone who produces business communications directed to internal and external audiences (such as business development, client services, communication and marketing), including senior executives and trustee directors who need to improve their written skills. It will provide tips and techniques on planning, organising and structuring what you write. You will learn how to convey a compelling written message that will engage the reader with knowledge and understanding.
