PRIZE SPONSORS: Team registrations will automatically be named as a prize sponsor. Sponsors will receive recognition for their sponsored prize (chosen & organised by AIST) when awarded to winners during the post-game presentations. Your logo will be displayed on table signage displayed during the presentations and placed on a prize sheet distributed to all players prior to the game, as well as given to each player on the day.

TRANSFERS: Transfers will be provided to and from The Glades Golf Club. Buses will depart from selected hotels prior to the game and return players post presentations. A detailed agenda including departure times will be provided closer to the date.

CLUB HIRE: Golfers will need to hire or bring their own clubs. If you wish to hire clubs, you must arrange with the pro shop directly prior to the day. All hire equipment is subject to availability and does not include golf balls, these are available for purchase in the golf shop.

DRESS CODE: All players must comply with The Glades dress code, which states a shirt with collar must be worn, shorts must be at least mid-thigh in length and denim is not permitted. The Glades is a non-metal spike facility.

CANCELLATION/ SUBSTITUTION POLICY: Refunds of golf registration fees will only be made when written notification is received no later than close of business Monday 13 February, 2017. No refund will be provided after this time; however a transfer of the registration to another person is permitted. Please note: Payment must be received prior to attending. Non-payment may result in your registration being cancelled.
